By downloading, installing, or using PTE Flow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

PTE Flow is a mobile application designed to help users practice Write From Dictation (WFD) questions for the PTE Academic exam. We provide audio playback, practice exercises, and scoring features to enhance your learning experience.

3. Subscription and Payments

PTE Flow offers both free and premium features:

The free tier includes a limited number of WFD practice questions each day
Premium subscriptions unlock unlimited practice and all available practice packs
Available subscription plans, billing periods, and prices are shown in the app before purchase
Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account when you confirm a purchase
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings
Refund requests are handled under the policies of the store that processed your purchase

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of PTE Flow are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Use the app for any illegal purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the application
Redistribute or resell any content from the app

6. Disclaimer

PTE Flow is an independent study tool and is not affiliated with Pearson Education or the official PTE Academic exam. We do not guarantee any specific test results or scores.

7. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or via email.
